Pre-Orders
Some of our products are offered as pre-orders. This means the item is not currently in stock and will ship at a later date.
The estimated shipping window is clearly displayed on the product page at the time of purchase.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept the stated shipping timeframe.
Orders are considered fulfilled once they are shipped within this timeframe.
An order is not considered late or undelivered until after the stated shipping window has passed.
Processing Time non pre-orders Orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframe Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes between 6-12 working days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary based on:
- Your shipping destination
- Carrier schedules
- Customs processing (for international orders)
- Peak shopping seasons
Shipping Notifications You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. This allows you to monitor your package's progress.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
If our shipment is marked delivered, we are not responsible for stolen packages
